Questions and answers
AROS, answered plainly
What it is, how it works, what a person still decides, and what it does not do yet.
What is AROS?
- AROS, the Autonomous Revenue Operating System, is web software from SnxwFairies Innovations that runs a company's marketing, growth, sales and revenue work as an organization of AI agents. A person sets an objective; AROS plans it into a pipeline of specialized agents; the agents research, draft and qualify against the company's own knowledge; and, by default, people decide what is published, sent or spent. It is an operating system for that work, not a chat assistant.
Who is AROS for?
- Companies that want their revenue work planned, drafted and tracked by AI while keeping a person in charge of what is published, sent or spent. Access is by invitation today: a company is onboarded deliberately with an onboarding key, and there is no self-serve sign-up.
How does an objective become work?
- The orchestrator turns a one-sentence objective into a plan of at most eight steps, built only from the 22 agents that exist - it cannot invent one. Each agent has one job and explicit permissions, and reads the company's knowledge base before it writes. Daily, weekly and monthly loops keep running on a schedule, and the Command Center shows what the system did, what it wants to do and what it is waiting on.
What does a person still decide?
- By default, publishing, sending and spending wait for a person. Every external action an agent requests is checked against that agent's autonomy level (L0 to L4) and the action's risk class before it leaves AROS: a CRITICAL action always needs a person, a HIGH-risk one does below the top autonomy level, and a company that raises an agent to autonomous lets its LOW and MEDIUM-risk actions run without asking. A new company starts in Demo Mode, where every external action is simulated. A kill switch stops autonomous external action and is re-checked at the moment of execution.
Which tools does AROS connect to?
- Connector code exists for GitHub, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Meta and X, among others. Each one runs as a labelled simulation until a company connects it, and nothing is published, sent or spent through a channel that is not connected. Agents can only use capabilities from a fixed catalog, so they cannot invent an integration.
How does AROS measure results?
- Every figure carries its provenance. Revenue counts as measured only when a product reports its customers' payments to AROS; until then that revenue reads UNMEASURED, never zero. CRM-recorded revenue is labelled as recorded, customer acquisition cost is labelled as an estimate, and, with a live AI provider configured, AI spend is tracked per call against a hard daily and monthly budget.
Where does a company's data live, and who can see it?
- Each company is a separate tenant: its records are reachable only by its own people, according to their role. AROS is hosted by SnxwFairies on Google Cloud Run in the Mumbai region with a managed PostgreSQL database. The platform operator's console shows a company's name, plan and usage, not its leads, prospects, communications or knowledge.
Does AROS train AI models on my data?
- No. AROS trains and fine-tunes no models. When an agent works, AROS sends the text that task needs to the AI provider configured for the deployment at that moment, after removing the deployment's secrets, and keeps the result in your workspace.
How is AROS different from Core AI?
- Core AI is a separate SnxwFairies service that provides shared infrastructure: governed email and WhatsApp delivery, one-time sign-in codes, the payment gateway and, optionally, AI model routing. AROS owns its own companies, users, plans, approvals and records, and Core AI never sets them. Where Core AI is not configured, WhatsApp is unavailable, governed messages are held and no "Pay now" is offered.
How is AROS deployed?
- As a hosted web application operated by SnxwFairies at revorai.in. It can be installed from the browser as an app on a phone or desktop. There is no on-premise package, and native mobile apps have not been released.
What can't AROS do yet?
- It has no self-serve sign-up; channels act only once a company connects them; it does not yet measure visibility in AI answer engines; it is not integrated with authorised registries such as GST or MCA, so a verified business fact means a person checked a document; and revenue is measured only for products that report payments. Pricing is quoted on request.
Does AROS guarantee rankings, leads or revenue?
- No. AROS plans, drafts, qualifies and measures; outcomes depend on the market, the offer and the decisions people make. Nothing on this site is a promise of a ranking, a citation in an AI answer, a lead count or revenue.
