AROS is the internal revenue, growth and quality operating system of SnxwFairies Innovations Private Limited. Every constraint in it is a refusal written into the code, not a promise in a deck.
How we got here
The problem
A small team running several products, and a revenue motion that needed more people than the team had.
The first build
An orchestrator, a company brain, and agents that could only act inside a permission matrix.
The quality organization
Because software that ships itself needs something that tests it in a real browser, not a mock.
The discovery organization
Because deciding what to build next from enthusiasm is how a small team runs out of runway.
Today
AROS is the operating system SnxwFairies is building to run its own revenue operation. It is early: external channels connect only when a person authorises them, and companies with the same shape of problem can ask us about a pilot.
What we will not trade away
These are not values on a wall. Each one is a refusal written into the system.
Agents propose, humans decide
Publishing, sending and spending wait for a person by default, and the highest-risk class is never autonomous. The system's job is to make a decision cheap to make well, not to make it for you.
Unmeasured is never zero
Revenue, prospect and communication metrics carry an availability state. A revenue figure nobody measured shows as unavailable with a reason, because a plausible zero is worse than an honest blank.
Evidence, or it did not happen
Confidence in an opportunity is computed from the evidence behind it and cannot be set by hand. AI-only inference is capped at LOW, whatever it sounds like.
Refuse rather than guess
Capabilities come from a catalog so they cannot be hallucinated. An action outside it is refused by name rather than attempted and quietly failed.
Access is not redistribution
Being able to read something never implies being allowed to pass it on. AROS is an intelligence engine, not a data reseller, and the boundary is code rather than policy.
The record is append-only
Every action, decision and cost is written, and no screen edits or deletes an entry. The one exception is an erasure request, which replaces the person's identifier with a pseudonym rather than deleting the governance history.

Said plainly
AROS is a young product with a long list of things it deliberately does not claim. Our legal documents are structurally complete but await counsel. There is no third-party security certification yet.
